1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By booking a tour, flight, or making a payment through our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Eligibility: To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Booking Process

2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or voucher from us. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if the service provider cannot fulfil the request.

2.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including traveller details, contact information, and preferences. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

2.3 Changes to Bookings: Changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., traveller names, dates, or destinations) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per the policies of the service provider (e.g., airlines or tour operators). Name changes for flight bookings are generally not permitted, as per standard airline policies.

2.4 Pricing: Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. All prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Additional charges (e.g., baggage fees, service charges) may apply as per the service provider’s policies.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment gateways as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

3.2 UPI Payments: For UPI transactions, you must use a valid UPI ID or scan a QR code provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering the correct UPI PIN to authorize the transaction. Payments are processed instantly, and you will receive a confirmation upon successful completion.

3.3 Payment Gateway Charges: Payments made via UPI may be eligible for zero or reduced payment gateway charges, as specified in promotional offers. For non-UPI payments, standard gateway charges may apply. Customers paying partially via wallet and UPI are not eligible for zero-charge benefits.

3.4 Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. For international bookings, foreign exchange rates and conversion fees will be displayed at checkout.

3.5 Failed Transactions: We are not liable for payment failures due to incorrect UPI PIN, insufficient funds, technical issues with your bank or UPI app, or limitations of the payment gateway. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and correct payment details.

3.6 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policies outlined in Section 4. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway processing times.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.5 No-Show Policy: Failure to utilize a booked service (e.g., missing a flight or tour) without prior cancellation will result in no refund unless otherwise specified by the service provider.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

5.1 Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements, including visas, passports, health certifications, and other documentation. We are not liable for losses or issues arising from failure to meet these requirements.

5.2 Third-Party Services: Our services connect you with third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for any deficiencies, delays, cancellations, or damages caused by these providers. Their respective terms and conditions apply to the services provided.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyeagletrip.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or travel opportunities.

5.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or technical failures.

6. Promotional Offers

6.1 Offer Terms: Promotional offers, including UPI discounts, are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of booking. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Misuse of Offers: We reserve the right to cancel bookings or deny offers in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of offer terms.

11. Specific Terms for UPI and Payment Gateway Transactions

11.1 UPI Transaction Limits: UPI transactions are subject to limits set by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), typically ₹1,00,000 per day for domestic transactions and ₹2,00,000 for international transactions (where applicable).

11.2 International UPI Payments: For international bookings, UPI International Payments may be available in select countries (e.g., UAE, Singapore, France). You must activate this feature via your UPI app and comply with applicable foreign exchange regulations.

11.3 Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. For UPI payments, ensure your UPI app is updated and compatible on all devices.

11.4 Non-Reversible Transactions: UPI payments are instant and non-reversible. Ensure accuracy before authorizing payments, as cancellations are subject to the service provider’s policies.
